Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FLEECE AI SASU (“we”) processes personal data when you use fleeceai.team, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data controller

FLEECE AI, SASU registered under SIREN 932 329 188 (RCS Clermont-Ferrand). Contact: loicjane@fleeceai.agency.

Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address and profile picture provided by your sign-in provider (Google) when you create an account.
  • Workspace content — the agents you create (names, roles, system prompts, knowledge sources), uploaded files (photos, voice samples, documents) and chat messages exchanged with your agents.
  • Technical data — logs strictly necessary to operate and secure the service (IP address, timestamps).

Purposes and legal basis

  • Providing the service (performance of a contract).
  • Securing accounts and infrastructure (legitimate interest).
  • Responding to your requests (legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Processors and transfers

Data is processed by the following providers acting as processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), OpenAI and Anthropic (AI responses), ElevenLabs and Pika (voice and portrait generation), Google (sign-in). Some providers are located in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Account and workspace data are kept while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion request. Technical logs are kept up to 12 months.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability. Write to loicjane@fleeceai.agency. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

fleeceai.team only uses cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
