1. Service
Fleece AI Team is a software service published by FLEECE AI SASU (SIREN 932 329 188, RCS Clermont-Ferrand) that lets teams give their AI agents a visual identity, a voice and a presence across communication channels, including video meetings.
2. Account
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18 and use the service in a professional context.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use agents to impersonate a real person without that person’s explicit consent.
- When an agent joins a meeting or a conversation, you are responsible for informing participants that they are interacting with an AI.
- You may not upload content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use — including voice samples and photos of third parties without consent.
- No abuse, reverse engineering, or resale of the service.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload and to the agents you configure. You grant us the technical licence needed to operate the service (storing, processing and transmitting your content to the AI providers involved in producing responses).
5. AI outputs
Agent responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate. They are provided as-is, without warranty, and are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
6. Pricing
Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Usage-based features (video meeting minutes, portrait and voice generation) may be limited per plan.
7. Liability
The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Clermont-Ferrand, France.
